Parathas are one of the most popular food dishes in India. Normally speaking, Parathas are actually innovated-recipes of normal Roti. There are two types of Paratha. Plain and Stuffed. In plain Paratha, a mix of vegetables and various spices go hand-in-hand in the dough and in Stuffed Paratha; various other ingredients make their own space to add the taste!!! All Parathas taught in this class are Vegetarian of course!
